Custom Building Process

First, we congratulate you. This is very exciting! And, our team loves to make dreams come true.

To begin, we will need to establish the size and style of the house you want, as well as your budget. Contact one of our sales associates who will be happy to answer any questions and set up a meeting with you.

At the meeting, we can review floor plans with you that can used as a starting point to build your custom-designed dream home. Once we have established the size and rough configuration of your home, we will create a sketch of what you have in mind.

*”Rough configuration” is how many bedrooms, master on the main floor or upstairs, how many car spaces, basement or no basement, what amenities (from cigar room to double bowling alley), courtyard, side or detached car entry and so on…

We can then select the ideal lot within the Stone Hall community that will best accommodate your new home design.

When you have decided on one of our 18 exclusive lots, we will contact our in-house architect. We will then all meet in a round table setting and let the real fun begin!

You and your family, along with our architect and real estate agents, will fill in the details of your envisioned dream home including; the style, the flow, the natural light, the openness of the floor plan, and all the other wish list items we have accumulated. Our architect will put together all the information we discuss and, through a number of meetings and exchanges of ideas and information, we will complete your dream home plans.

Once all the details are approved, we can move forward in the building process.
